He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." Children often hear that God made the world, but they may not realize that He also made them with incredible intentionality and purpose. Every child is a unique creation of the Master Artist. In "Masterpiece," kids will explore the Bible from Creation to the early church and discover how God designed them, loves them, and has a plan for their lives. From the Garden of Eden to Joseph's journey in Egypt, and all the way to Philip sharing Jesus with the Ethiopian Official, children will see that God's big picture always points to His love for us. Through engaging lessons, hilarious characters, fun activities, and powerful worship, they will learn: * God created everything and calls us His masterpiece. * We were designed with a purpose-to know Him and to make Him known. *Even when life doesn't make sense, God is always working His plan. *We are called to "paint the world" with His love by sharing it everywhere we go. In "Masterpiece," your children will come to understand that their lives are not accidents or random. They are chosen, designed, and loved by the Creator of the universe. We pray your children enjoy discovering that they are God's masterpiece and will leave VBS inspired to live out His perfect plan for their lives!

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, do hereby authorize the CityHeart Church staff as agents for me/us to consent to any x-ray examinations, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis or treatment and hospital care which deemed advisable by and is to be rendered under the general specific supervision of any physician and surgeon licensed under the provisions of the Medical Practices Act. I/we assume all risks and hazards that are incidental to the conduct of these activities. I/we further agree to release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless CityHeart Church and the VBS leaders of all legal responsibility.

I give my minor child full consent to attend the activities of CityHeart Church from Sunday, June 7th to Wednesday, June 10th. It is my understanding that the staff and volunteers of CityHeart Church will take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of my child.
