In addition to worship, an Easter Bible lesson, crafts, and games, we are excited to be offering a small petting zoo during Kids Ministry on Easter Sunday! Each classroom will take turns rotating to visit the animals.

5-6 chicks

2 kids (aka baby goats)

1 Piglet

I understand that my child will be participating in an Easter Petting Zoo experience, which includes time with gentle, well-cared-for baby animals. At CityHeart Church, we deeply value the safety and well-being of every child. Our Kids Ministry team and volunteers are thoughtfully trained and committed to creating a safe, calm, and caring environment, and will go above and beyond to ensure each child is comfortable and cared for throughout the experience.

While every precaution is taken, I also understand that any interaction with animals can involve minor, natural risks. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I understand these risks and give permission for my child to participate in the Easter Petting Zoo activities.I agree to release and hold harmless CityHeart Church, its pastors, staff, volunteers, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my child’s participation in the Easter Petting Zoo, except in cases of gross negligence.

PHOTO RELEASE

Each classroom will take turns rotating to visit the animals. During the petting zoo, we will take photos of the kids with the animals so that you can see how much fun they have. We will send out a link to the virtual photo album on Easter afternoon.
